    In the past , our developers suggested to try a jquery.noconflict() function. Try that.

    If after doing this , the issue still persist , please take a look at this workaround on this thread

    Best regards

    The function, should be declared at the beggining

    For example:

    <script type="text/javascript" src="jquery.js"></script> <script type="text/javascript"> $.noConflict();

    <script src="//jotformpro.com/min/g=feedback2" type="text/javascript">

      new JotformFeedback({

         formId : "21065359414956",

         buttonText : "Mac Assemblies - Free Quote",

         base : "http://jotformpro.com/",

         background : "#121111",

         fontColor : "#FFFFFF",

         buttonSide : "right",

         buttonAlign : "center",

         type : 1,

         width : 700,

         height : 500

      });

     </script>

    If that workaroudn doesn't work for you, try what it is adviced on this thread

    Did you try to replace feedback2 by  just  " feedback " ?

    as shown below_

    <script src="//jotformpro.com/min/g=feedback" type="text/javascript">

      new JotformFeedback({

         formId : "21065359414956",

         buttonText : "Mac Assemblies - Free Quote",

         base : "http://jotformpro.com/",

         background : "#121111",

         fontColor : "#FFFFFF",

         buttonSide : "right",

         buttonAlign : "center",

         type : 1,

         width : 700,

         height : 500

      });

      </script>

    OK, find this library please

    <script type='text/javascript' src='//ajax.googleapis.com/ajax/libs/jquery/1.5.2/jquery.min.js?ver=3.4'></script>

    Then right AFTER that , insert this code:

    <script type="text/javascript"> $.noConflict();</script>

    And then, the  code of the feedback form :

    <script src="//jotformpro.com/min/g=feedback" type="text/javascript">

          new JotformFeedback({

             formId : "21065359414956",

             buttonText : "Mac Assemblies - Free Quote",

             base : "http://jotformpro.com/",

             background : "#121111",

             fontColor : "#FFFFFF",

             buttonSide : "right",

             buttonAlign : "center",

             type : 1,

             width : 700,

             height : 500

          });

        </script>

    I know this thread was a long time ago but I wanted to post an update. We have just released a Wordpress plugin: JotForm Feedback Button. You can now add customizable feedback buttons to your web site more easily.
