    Changing Credit Cards

    Hi. I need to change to a different credit card on my account. I followed the advice on a few of these forum posts and set my account to expire which occurs tomorrow. I am trying to update to the new card but can't see how it is done. When I click resubscribe, it just takes me to the pricing page with my only options being to upgrade or downgrade. How do I add the new credit card to the account before the account expires?

    I need to clarify. I was using PayPal. I canceled the subscription. Please advice on the process to get connected wtih Plimus. Thanks.

    Hi. Unfortunately I didn't need register with Plimus so I don't have a username or account there. What other options do I have?

    Since you have cancelled the subscription with Paypal, the process to re-subscribe is like you were doing it by the first time. 

    And the only way to subscribe with us is using either Paypal  or Fastspring . Plimus is not being used for new subscribers anymore.

     

    So please, go ahead, select Credit Card from the payment options page, and register with your information. Please make sure you enter your Jotform Username, along with the email address registerd with us .

    I'm still confused on where to register. Where is the Payment Options page that you mention?

    Your account is scheduled to downgrade on 06-21

    You would need to re-subscribe on the 22th, otherwise it will upgrade to Professional.  So, on that date,  just click on the account settings button (at lower right hand corner)  and you will be redirected to the pricing page, then you will click on Upgrade (Premium column )and follow the instructions
