    Autoresponder not showing the products from form when the {myproducts} form field is included

    Autoresponder not showing the products from form when the {myproducts} form field is included. When I do a test of what my customers will receive they see all the info except for the products.

    The notification email on the other hand is showing the products using the same form field. 

     

    Can you provide me with assistance on how to get the products showing in the email.

    Hello,

    I checked your form and I was able to replicate this problem, products are not showing in Autoresponder. I re-created Autoresponder in my clone of your form and it worked fine. Could you please try to create another Autoresponder and see if it works for you as well?

    Hi,
    I deleted the autoresponder I had and created a new one and getting the
    same result of no products showing up.

    Could you please try to Clone this form: https://form.jotform.com/70674362572965 and test?

    It's my clone of your form. I didn't change anything in the form, I just re-created again the Autoresponder.
