URGENT!!! - Is there a phone number to call to have this issue addressed?! This is the 3rd submission of the question and I have still yet to receive a response an hour after asking.
I am using the "Take Photo" Widget in my form. We are using iPhones and iPad's on my project for the forms.
My inspectors are using the upload file function to upload their photos.
When I go to download the PDF of their form submission, the photos show up as a link instead of the actual photograph.
I need the photographs not a link to the photographs.
This is an URGENT MATTER.

- cbrighamAnswered on February 28, 2017 at 02:29 PMPlease be aware my issue is NOT the same as the issue posted earlier and shown below. My issue: The photo files uploaded from my camera roll on my iPad shows up as a link as opposed to the actual photo once downloaded into PDF document.

The issue is happening to one of our servers where we store files. So it might be affecting files coming from widgets as well, nevertheless, I've forwarded it to our engineers.
