I need to fix this error I'm getting please
error:502 Bad Gateway

Upon checking your form I can see it works fine, I was able to successfully submit it, when does the error appear? Is it when you submit the form or when you try to load it?
I have checked your forms cache from our end, could you please check again and let us know if the issue still persists?
