No longer receiving notification when a bride submits a consultation form on our website. Please advise.

    Confirmed account is setup properly and going to a working email.

    Confirmed we are not on your bounce list.

    Is there a direct number to contact Tech Support directly?

    The email address  dhflowers557@bellsouth.net is the bounce list

    So it seems BellSouth servers are rejecting the emails coming from ours.  I've removed it from the bounce list, please check this guide in order to prevent future problems like this:
