I have tried to delete old submissions and when I enter my password I get an error. I am using the same pasword to open the app and that works. Thanks Brad

Hello, I'm not sure what you're referring to as an app but since you never mentioned which form it is or which submission you're hoping to delete, I ended up testing the actual feature instead.
I never saw any issues deleting a submission on a few forms that I personally own. Here's how it went from my perspective:
I'm also seeing you're almost out of space, is that the reason why you're trying to delete submissions? If so, then no, it won't lessen your monthly quota. The monthly counter will continue to increase and will be replenished back to zero (0) on the first day of each and every month.
If you need further help, please get back to us with the following:
1. Form ID/URL
2. Details about the Submission you're hoping to delete (e.g. Submission ID, date/timestampe or any details that will let us know which one)
3. Your confirmation for us to test and delete it (IMPORTANT: This is irreversible if it succeeds)
