Hint texts are showing \slash\ of every apostrophe

My hint texts are showing a slash in front of every apostrophe and inverted commas - can we remove that?

For example:

if you don\'t have a website, please write your email here

I could not reproduce the problem on my form so I recreate the hint text in your forms. This seems to have fixed it.

If there are any other's that are showing slashes, try to remove the apostrophe and re-add it. See if this helps.
