Dear Sir
I really don't understand. I was here way back in January cancelling and trying to downgrade. I even had emails back and forth between support. I also asked for confirmation several times my account was closed, ended, finished. But you still take payment from me on 22nd February on paypal? please refund me. I will use jotform again but I need to know I can suspend cancel without these problems.
