Form integrated with google spreadsheets is still not receiving submissions

i am currently facing a problem with my form integration with Google Spreadsheet.

I have been receiving submissions but the submissions are not going as Rows in the SpreadSheet 

We communicated this problem previously but still didn't find any helpful solutions for this.

I hope to hear from you soon as this is something we really need it at work at this moment and it is slowing our operations.

It sounds to me like you are continuing to experience a problem with our google spreadsheets integration that results in your spreadsheet not receiving the submissions on occasion.

We do apologize about that and thanks for reporting it to us (again).

I've taken a look at your other threads and found we did send it to our developers awhile ago but it was considered resolved though since you're reporting it again I am guessing it's still an issue on your side of things.

I tested this further on my end where I found I am able to receive the submissions through the google spreadsheet normally.

Are you changing or editing anything in the spreadsheet or on your form between the time that it is integrated and stopped working?

If so, please explain so that we can assist better.
