redirect to pay pal page style ?
not sure what the problem is but the form is not working at checkout are.
comes up we cannot process this at this time please contact owner of website for other payment option?

I was able to replicate the issue. I did a test submission and I received an error:
The error means that your PayPal account are not accepting payments for digitally delivered goods. You need to enable this option in your PayPal account, please check these guides:
You may also try disabling the "Digital Goods" option in you payment integration. Here's how;
In Form Builder V4, select the payment field and then click the "Payment Settings" button. After that, go to the "Additional Gateway Settings" and turn OFF the "Digital Goods".
