Does the payment vary by usage?

We probably won't be using this on a monthly basis, more like a quarterly basis. So for the months we don't use JotForm are we still going to be charged for 1000? Or can I switch back to the Free Mode?

No, we don't charge our user based on the usage or meter. JotForm is a subscription service and will continue until you cancel. It auto-renews at the end of each term and you will be charged for the subsequent term.

We have a monthly, yearly and bi-yearly plans that has a limits. Please check our pricing page for more details. For example, under the Bronze plan, you can have 1,000 submissions per month. This means that you will be charge $19 per month regardless on the number of submissions.

You can sign up for a monthly plan and then cancel it if you think that a specific month will not be busy. You can just re-upgrade if you think it is needed.
