My account was suspended for phishing, but I believe there has been a mistake.

    I am creating a application form for my boss who is the president of our company, Sterling Lifestyle and Sterling Staff. I spent multiple hours creating this application and I would appreciate it if I could get it back. Please let me know if you need any kind of verification or other infromation.

    Your account has been suspended by our Anti-Phishing Tool. I checked your forms in your account and I noticed that there is an imported PDF form that is asking a password from the user. Please note that asking login credentials such as username and passwords from the user is against our Terms of Use and it will make your account suspended.

    Phishing. You agree that Company may terminate your JotForm Service immediately if a form's purpose is found to be deceptively obtaining: sensitive credit card information, social security numbers, user login credentials, or other sensitive personal information. All these activities are considered as Phishing and any account along with the violating forms will be suspended immediately.

    I have now removed the said field on your form and re-activated your account once again. Please refrain from doing this so that your account will not be suspended again.
