help, Ive been autosuspended and dont know why

    Help! Ive got autosuspended too, but I don't know how. I have been building my form with the installation ID provided by Worldpay and as far as I know there is no data held on the jotform side as everything is passed one way, to Worldpay, to their .php address. https://eu.jotform.com/build/70593745875370

    The account (ngw) was auto-suspended by the Anti-Phishing Tool. That's why your forms has been disabled. I went over your forms and checked the fields, I noticed that the form (https://www.jotform.com/50903755720353) has a placeholder which is "Enter the Password". Asking such details from the users is against our Terms of Use.  

    If you want a security to your form or to limit the access to your form, you can rename the place holder like " Access Code" or "Access Key".

    I have now removed the placeholder of the said form and re-activated your account.
