We have been using the submission number and time limit for forms for a long time. Since the latest update a few weeks ago, it appears that the time limit no longer works. The submission limit does. However, we set ours to 10 submissions or a specific local time and it just never triggers and the form stays active.
This looks to us like a bug.

I made a test on my demo form and "Disable on date and submission limit" is working properly on my end. On submit form will show "This form is currently unavailable!" message. Here is my demo form: https://form.jotform.com/70604762158962
Please provide us ID of your form, so that we can test it.
