My account got autosuspended

    My account has been locked for phising again. I am employee of Friend Family Health Center and we are using your software and looking to purchase for our IT team. Can you please unlock it

    Hi, thank you for contacting us.

    I inspected your account and found that it was indeed autosuspended.

    I then manually reviewed the form and found that you had a section that collects usernames and passwords, which violates our terms of use.

    Please see our terms of use, especially sections "Phishing" and "Collecting Sensitive Information" here:

    I have removed the offending fields, and re-activated your account, but please note that the inclusion of any fields that violate our terms would lead to account suspension again.
