We work with students all over the world and we have a person who cannot open our application link and she is based in China. How can we fix this?
If it is a browser issue, Chrome is not available in China, so what else can we recommend.

Is there any error message received? If yes, please share it. Also, is only one person located in China reporting this issue? If there are more user reporting that the form is not loading through the direct link: https://form.jotform.com/63125571536152, please let us know, so we can forward this to our back-end team.

2 so far have reported. One person reported the following "I tried to open the following link several times today. But the computer didn't work. The computer always says : "This website contains information of cheating. "English is not their first language, but maybe you can understand the type of error they are receiving.

I checked our DNS status from the site Great Firewall of China.
Right now, form.jotform.com seems to be blocked in China. But your users can still reach to your forms by the links I will provide below. There is not much we can do about this issue but I will talk this with our Development Operations team this Monday.

i have the same issue. my major clients are in China. If the form won't work, i feel so sorry that we purchase a one year usage. your guys should notify us when we purchased it. pls pls build a team to work on that.

Thank you! Changing the links did solve the problem for one of our major forms.
But this one: https://www.jotform.com/build/62845896624269 is still not working.
This form redirects to other pages (set by conditions for the image radio dial) and those pages appear to have the url that solves the problem (i.e. they begin with http://www.jotform.us/) but they are not opening in China. Please help!!

I am worried that this will compromise the security of the information. China is only one of the countries we work with.
I noticed that the forms I am redirect to have "?preview=true" at the end of the URL, is this a problem?

You can remove the "?preview=true" if you want to. Leaving there or removing it will not affect or compromise the security of the information.
