    Confirmation email not reflecting all data.

    When selecting multiple items from two check lists only one will show up in confirmation email. Sometimes only one shows up in the form submission list, other times both.

    When I created the list I duplicated one to ensure that the settings were the same.

    I cloned your form to test it and both emails contained all selections from both checkbox fields:

    I tested quite a few submissions and each one contained the full data.  All data was contained in the autoresponder, notification and forwarded to my JotForm account.

    Do you happen to have any example submissions where there were inconsistencies?  Let us know and we will be happy to have another look.

    Shortly after I posted, I realized that the confirmation email had cloned from the old form and not updated. Once I deleted the email confirmation and created a new one it worked fine.
