I'm not getting an email notification when people submit the form. The submitter gets an email, and I can send a test email to the recipient ok ... but the it's not working the normal way. Even tried different emails.

I made a test submission and checked out email server logs. The the email was accepted by your email server:

Can you check your spam folder and see if it is there? Otherwise, contact your hosting provider and ask them to find out what happened to this email.
