How to archive my forms

    I am very pleased with the form service I use through JotForm. I would love to have an option to archive older forms and keep an active batch separate from the archived ones. Is that possible?

    Hi Jamie,

    You do can archive older forms which you will not be using. The data will not be lost and the form will still be available if its live. It will just not show in your My Forms main list for better organization of your forms.

    See the image below on how to add forms into Archive list.

    #1 Click the forms by selecting them.

    #2 Click More button on top.

    #3 Click Archive Form in the dropdown option.

    Is there a way to archive submissions in a form. Not the complete form itself but individual submissions?
