About 1/4 of submissions on my 1 form setup through Jotform comes in with missing information. - Even though the user clearly enters in information. It only happens on number select fields. They all come in at 0...
The other information towards the bottom like their name and email, etc work all the time.
Have you seen this before? How can it be fixed?

Since the default value for all your spinner fields is 0, if the user filling out the form does not change of the spinners, they will all show as 0. I do not believe anything out of the ordinary is occurring, simply users submitting the form without making and selections.
Only the bottom section is required and only that section is shown at the start. The rest of the fields are hidden behind form collapses. I can see how users may end up accidentally submitting the form without selecting any of the products.
