How can I put the "Next" button at the top of each page or better still at the top and the bottom?

I want people to be able to scroll through the form quickly if they need to and scrolling down to the bottom to move through the form is a pain.  Can I move it to the top or add it top and bottom anyway?

Jotform supports multi-page forms. Under "Survey Tools", you will see a "Page Break" field. Add that to your form. Keep each page small so users don't need to scroll.

The page break adds the next button at the bottom of the form. It is not possible to put it at the top though.
