we use JotForm with SpiceWorks helpdesk. When the form is submitted it sends to our general email (help @blahblah.com) and that in turn creates a ticket on Spiceworks. Right now it is coming through showing the creator as JotForm rather than the submitters email which I thought I had selected. How can I make this work?

I am afraid that we cannot send emails from user's email address. However, the Reply-To field should be properly populated with user's email address.
I would like to suggest contacting SpiceWorks to see if they can use 'Reply-To:' field rather than 'To:' field as the from address.
