Help. My simple form field width is defaulting to 100% when viewed on an ipad mini in portrait view. How do I get it to be actual width?

The form specified https://jotform.com/onecleanbean/whgs does not exist and is giving me 404 error. Please provide the correct URL of the form so we can investigate further.
