Google Spreadsheet integration is not working

    Dear Team,

    Hope this mail finds you well.

    I am trying to integrate Spreadsheet and Jotform, however, the submission was tracked and recorded perfectly in the Jotform but entries are not recorded in Spreadsheet. 

    We are planning to upgrade the services but unable to continue due to this technical reporting error.

    I need your help to sort this out. Hoping for an early reply.

    Hello Amir, we have no recent reports about the Google Spreadsheet integration not working. I also ran a quick test to check this and the Integration works as intended. Here's how it went from my perspective:

    If you're really not get getting Submission Data to your sheet, we recommend you redo the integration. Just click SETTINGS at the top > INTEGRATIONS on the left > GOOGLE SPREADSHEET > REMOVE INTEGRATION.

    Afterwards, re-integrate it and a new sheet would be generated with all your existing submissions.
