Hello, I am using an HTML field in one of my forms, but when the customer clicks it is directed to an odd page, check the person, who then forces the user to "send" form, with many missing fields to be filled. Could you check?

I filled out your form and was not able to reproduce the said error, I was redirect to a portuguese thank you page.
Could you please confirm if this is your form?

That page in your screenshot is actually a captcha page. The form redirects to that page if the user enters the captcha words incorrectly. The user will then have to enter a new captcha word in order to submit the form successfully. Otherwise, the information he typed in will be lost.
If you do not like this mechanism, you can just remove the captcha field from your form.
In my opinion, your form does not need a captcha anyway.

I notice that you have already removed the captcha from your form. I tried submitting your form but I failed to replicate the problem.
Below is the Thank You message I received after submitting your form:Is this form embedded in an external page? If yes, it might be that the removal of the captcha was not reflected on the embedded form.
