this is the email I received but my account says suspended.
Answered by IanI had enabled the account. The account was autosuspended by our Phishing Detector tool. I had checked the forms and found it not to be spamming.

We do not allow our forms to collect sensitive information such as credit card information. Please remove the field in questions so we can activate your account.
