Will conditional logic work with Braintree, Stripe or PayPal? We want to update the costs when they pay. Not have a fixed cost. So if a user inputs something, like they want more, it update automatically.

Unfortunately, I am not sure I am understanding you correctly or not. It seems to me that you are referring to sending one price to pay and returning to update it later down the road? Or what exactly do you mean by your details above? Can you explain this to us a bit more with a verbal example?
Most of our conditional logic is intended for use with your form setup associated with the payment integration you are using for your payment gateway prior to finalizing that transaction. And it is unlikely that any of our conditional logic will work outside of your form unless that integration fully supports it or a similar functionality.
