Information Emailed

I was wondering why my application with Villa Maria was emailed to me with all my information including my social security number all showing.

Let me know cause I really do not know nothing about Jotform.

It is possible that you have filled out a form or page and you have entered your social security number. If so, you may contact the owner of that form or page and confirm the confidentiality of the information you have provided.

If you do not know who is the owner of the form, can you please give us a screenshot of the email your received showing the sender email? We might get some clue on the origin of the email.
