Dear,
We created a subuser that can edit and see all the forms also reports.
But this subuser cannot see any of the reporting or information we have.
The subuser name is: raquelsubirats
Could you please help us?

UPDATE: Effective October 2018 the Sub-User feature has been discontinued and is no longer available for creating new sub-users. If you had been using this feature previously, you're grandfathered.
If you would like to have additional users added to your account, please check out JotForm Enterprise.
I tested your forms by using the sub-user and I couldn't replicate this issue, all forms and submissions are showing fine:
Also, I noticed that you're storing your Data in US and your user is storing in EU. So please ask your sub-user to uncheck the Europe Datacenter option:
So they will be able to view submissions.

called here in spain "envíos".
Please could you verify everything we did is correct?

I checked your sub-user but Data is still stored in EU:
Could you please ask them to uncheck that option and see if they are able to see submissions?
If the issue persists please let us know.
