hello, my website is http://islandtaxi.com/reservations/ and the form on that page is not responsive on mobile. only portions of the text fields are visible.

Hello,
You can add a mobile responsive widget on your form, but you'll need to go to the older version of the form builder in order to add this. To change to the older version of the builder, go to https://www.jotform.com/myaccount/settings and then select Version 3.
Once done, edit your form again. Expand the Widgets on the left, search for the keyword Mobile Responsive and add it in to your form.
Once added, press the Save button on the upper-left part of the builder.
If you have other questions please let us know.

ParadisemikeReplied on March 9, 2017 at 10:20 AMHello! Thank you for the email.
I checked my settings and I have been using version 3. I just changed it to
version 4 hoping that may fix it.
Also, I cannot add the mobile responsive widget as it seems to have been
removed.
any other help?
thank you!

Unfortunately, the widget does not seem to be available in the V4 builder at this time. Loading the V3 builder temporarily should allow you to add the widget.
