Why calculation is not working in my form?

Hello,

My form keeps transferring information from the wrong field. I have a tuition annual total set up and an early/late stay total set up and when someone leaves the early/late stay selections empty, in the early/late stay TOTAL, instead of being zero, the value that is being copied appears to be from the tuition selection.
