PO Order - W-9 Needed

Good Afternoon,

We are in the process of setting up a PO with your organization (6 months at a time) utilizing this account.  In order to do this our organization needs a copy of your W-9. Would you be able to send me a copy.  Once received we will proceed with the setup.
