My form is not showing up on my website in devices and smaller screens

    I need assistance - I have put it as a responsive form...it is not working

    I checked on the website and I can see the form was available as of this time.

    Your account is active and forms are available.

    Please try also using a different browser. Perhaps its just a browser issue on your side.

    I have tried embedding code via OBJECT and INSERT HTML, I have tried the MUSE copying and pasting platform, I have taken off THIS IS A RESPONSIVE FORM in Jotform and put it back on and tested it on all three devices (iPad, iPhone and Desktop) with no success still on the smaller devices or a scaled down desktop browser.

    I really need this to work, I have noticed others having the same problem and I know it is a glitch in the responsive form between Muse and Jotform, but I'm not a code writer in order to figure out the problem.

    I have just used the iFRAME embed code and it finally worked!!!

    Hi, I have tried a different browser and I've had calls from clients that all they see is a blank page on smaller devices. The only place I see it is on a full size screen on my desktop.

    I was able to see that it was not responsive when viewed using mobile browser.

    Can you try first removing the published form on your website. Make sure any code of the form was cleared/removed already.

    Then re-embed it again using the embed code

    Save the website and test again on your mobile browser.
