    Form doesn't reload

Asked by LCH on June 20, 2012 at 02:29 PM

Hi, I have a new problem  didn't have before (before you change your server ?) And I had the same problem twice since two weeks. When I change some informations on an existant form as some text or adding a required field, the modification is not loaded on the web site.

    Ex. I change the sentence

"Pour me contacter, merci de remplir d'envoyer le formulaire ci-dessous."

    by

"Pour me contacter, merci de remplir ET d'envoyer le formulaire ci-dessous."

the modification is visible on the jotform interface, but doesn't appear on the website (I made the change few hours ago...)

    Can you help me ?

    Thanks by advance.

    Hi

You would need to replace your current embedded coded code by this one

    <script type="text/javascript" src="//yang.jotform.com/jsform/21363824366354"></script>

Let me know if the issue is resolved

    Cheers!

Hi ! Thanks for your answer !

In fact, I took yesterday the solution in another thread : I replaced
    "<script type="text/javascript" src="//form.jotformeu.com/jsform/21363824366354"></script>"
    by
    "<script type="text/javascript" src="//www.jotformeu.com/jsform/21363824366354"></script>"
    and it works.

Does it mean I have to do this all time I create a new form ?

    Bests.

    @Pascale,

No, form.jotform.com can sometimes be little out of date. Since caches might take some time to be cleared. But they will always work faster, since they are served from our CDN. So, we still recommend using form.jotform.com.

Hope this clarifies a bit. Thanks for using JotForm!
