I use iWeb and I have some contect I offer for free ( in exchange for their email address ). I don't know how to link the JotForm to an ibedded file.
I am not sure I am even asking the question correctly.
www.quantum-advisors.com is my website and if you drill down to "Our Core Investment Philosophy" and then click through to one of the essay's I want o be able to give people a copy of the essay in exchnage for thier email address / phone # etc;

You can insert a link to the file on the form's Thank You message and/or notification email. This way, users will only be able to download the file if they have submitted the form.
They get the file, you get their email address. Win-win situation for both you and your visitors.
To add the link to the autoresponder email:
1. Click Email Alerts
2. Click Autoresponder (or Add New Email if you don't have an autoresponder yet)
3. While inside the Compose Email screen, repeat the steps in the second image above
Hope this helps.

This worked great.
I will add that to make this work I needed to upload the "Free Report" to my domain ( Go Daddy ). Since I have been a Mobilme client and I am forced to move, I chose Go Daddy as my hosting site.
So effectively I am still using iWeb ( Snow Leapord ). I publish to Go Daddy now instead of Mobilme and have effectivly used the Jotforms as a small business application to capture data for those interested in my "Free Report" offereing.
It is obvioulsy more complicated that the simple processes normally associated with Apple products and I have a strong technolgy background. So the "trial and error" took about 6 hours and I figured some things out - but all in all JotForm works great for me.
