Google Sheet Integration Not Working - Again

    Hi Jotform team,

    This is the second time that my Jotform's google sheet integration has abruptly stopped working without any changes being made. The form ID is 70226147964257.

    I've manually copied over the submissions that weren't auto copied over. The last auto copy occurred at 10:26 AM this morning and the next submission that didn't copy was at 11:02 AM.

    If I could get help solving this asap that would be great.

    Hi My

    Google Sheets integration is not working either. It appears to be over 2 hours without integration.  Is there a way to manually run an integration?  For example zapier inegrations run every 15 minutes but I can manually run them as well.

    @azhard

    We apologize for any inconvenience caused. It is possible also to have disconnection issue with google spreadsheet integration if google make sudden updates on their side that affect the integration. Unfortunately it is near possible for us to have control over what google will update on their side.

    I just checked and test google integration on my form and it is working so far at this time.

    What I suggest you try for now is do a reintegration process. That is, remove the existing integration, save the form, and then re-integrate again to google spreadsheet. 

    This process will make sure the connection to the google docs account is up to date and refreshed.

    Hi I reintegrated the google sheets and it is working again.  Thanks for your help.

    What is the approximate timeframe for a jotform entry to appear in google sheets via integration?  I'm not looking for something exact just a general timeframe.
