Quando solicito um e-mail teste para testar se a configuração de recebimento de alertas está em ordem, uma janela se abre dizendo que meu e-mail foi bloqueado pela JotForm, e por isso não recebo e-mails de alerta. O que é isso? Por que meu e-mail foi bloqueado?
When I request an email test to test if the pickup configuration of alerts is in order, a window opens saying that my email was blocked by JotForm, and so don't get alert emails. What is this? Why does my email was blocked? Thank you very much!

Your email was added to our server's bounce list. This happened because your mail provider refuses to accept emails from us.
I have now removed the email from the bounce list so it should work fine, for now.
Kindly show this message to your mail provider's technical department:
Reason(s) : 5.1.0 - Unknown address error 554-'5.7.1 : Relay access denied'
Also, have them whitelist the IP addresses in this page to ensure maximum deliverability of emails.
