Guys what is going on with this now?
This is my 4th issue in 2 days I'm having with jotform. Things that are happening without us touching anything and it's affecting our campaign very negatively.
See attached. Last night it was working great (after your servers being down) and on the bottom of each form there was a next button to bring you to the next form. Now I wake up to complaints from my company because it all suddenly changed and next buttons dissapeared and its one scrolling page.

I have checked your form and I can see it works fine, I can scroll over the form and I can navigate through the pages:
I have cleared your forms cache from our end, please check your forms now. Also, if the problem still happens on your end, please test on a different computer or network connection, may be a cache issue with the browser you're using.
You could also let us know if this only happens when using the direct link, as shown on your screenshot, or if you have embedded your form on any webpage.
