It seems you have customized the Thank You message of the form via it source code. It could be causing the issue on mobile view.
What I suggest you do first is to reset the Thank you message to the default template. And then just add the field names you need into it. Do not alter the the page using the source code to avoid breaking the template.

Hi. I did what you suggested. I reset to the Thank you default message and then added the field names, but it seems still not to be adjusted to the mobile version.

I figured the issue is due to the fixed table width provided by you in the Thank you template
Change the table width to around 90% and remove the ed width all together or change or change it to 55% and 45% respectively
Yuu can adjust the %size as per your requirement
