Hello,
I did check your form and found that you have several "Spinner" field for which you have set the "Default Value" as "o. Please check the screenshot below:
Since you have set the default value in the Spinner fileds, that make the field not empty and being displayed in the notification emails.
I would suggest you to please disable "Default Value" of all your spinner fields and that should solve your problem.
