Recently (since the introduction of V4) our clients are continually experiencing problems in sending WAV / MP3 files (max. size 80Mb) to us via our online JotForms.
When I click on the file name either on the email notification received from JotForm or directly in the SUBMISSIONS listings, I am just shown a text link (NOT a hypertext link) and cannot download any AUDIO file at all.
This is a serious issue for us and causes annoyance when having to request that clients send their audio files to us via HIGHTAIL / DROPBOX etc.
Please investigate this as a matter of urgency.

I was also not able to download your files from submission page and from email Notification that was sent.
I have cloned your form and I made a test submission. I was able to download the audio file that I uploaded from the submission page and email notification.
Most likely files failed to transfer to the file server.
However I will escalate this issue to our developers, so that they can check what happened and to see if it is possible to recover your files.
For now I can only suggest you to ask your users to upload files again.
