Is it possible to extract information from one form (contact information) and populate it on an entirely new form

I work at a school and we have students submit an application for consideration. When a student is accepted, is there any way we can extract that student information and pre-populate it onto their enrollment agreement for simplicity and time consideration?

If what you want is to get the information from the records of a form and to automatically pull that information to fill a different form, unfortunately it's not directly possible. You can export the submissions and if you want it automated, you will need to create a custom tool that shall populate another form from your local/own database.
