My form is very slow to respond when testing. Is there any way to make it more responsive?

On a full browser, using Chrome, the form is quite slow to respond. On my mobile (iphone 5s) it is really slow. It takes nearly a full minute to choose between the first two options.

I realise my form has a lot of conditions and many fields. Is it beyond what jotform can handle?

Please let me know if there is any way I can improve its responsiveness.

I checked your form and it is running slower than most. But upon checking the conditions, I would say that that is the reason. The form is not embedded so there is no some sort of conflict. 

It is something that Browser needs to handle and all those conditions are making it slow to respond.

Is it possible that you can optimize the number of conditions, to decrease the number of them?
