the last questions on my form do not come to my email or to the submission summary in Jotform

Asked by beachbody on June 21, 2012 at 08:28 AM

    Good Day,

I created an exam and when it is filled out I only receive the answers to the first 60 questions in my email. The last five answers are missing. I have attached a screen shot of the reults (the bottom) from my jotform submission summary.

    Please advise.

    Thank you,

Good Day to you as well.

My investigation into the issue suggests that it's really a matter of users being able to submit the form with unanswered required fields. Not being able to view the site because of it's password protection, the best solution I can suggest would be to embed the form via the iFrame method. (Please see Which Form Embed Code Should I Use? for the advantages versus disadvantages of the various methods.)

Be sure to let us know if this helps to resolve the issue.

it did not like the iFrame ... so I left it and tested it three times and it seems to work! How strange. Thank you for your efforts and prompt reply. Have a great weekend!

    I love Jotform!
