How can I make my form save-able, so my users can return to complete it later?

We use Jot Form a LOT for our participants, but because the amount of information they need to enter is high, it sometimes takes them several hours to complete the form.  Is there a way to have them save and return to the application to complete it later?  

And/or... is there a way for returning individuals to have an account where they can sign-in to see their form submissions?

Your customes should be able to continue filling out the form, at a later time.
