I've created a form a few days ago. URL was in the form http://form.jotformeu.com/form/FORM_ID
I have just edited the form and the form URL seems to have changed into http://jotformeu.com/form/FORM_ID
The old URL is still accessible, but unfortunately returns the old version of the form, therefore I now have two inconsistent URIs.

Both form url points to the same form (assuming same form id's). It's just a matter of how it's being delivered.
I suggest you use the http://www.jotformeu.com version of the form. So it's

problem is, I've given away a bit.ly address referring to the http://form.jotformeu.com/form/FORM_ID version and my users cannot access the changes I've made to the form via the address starting with "form."
Moreover, inside the form editor, under "Embed form", the displayed direct link is still http://form.jotformeu.com/form/FORM_ID and refers to the outdated version of the form.

We're having data replication issues with the CDN (Content Delivery Network) servers that host forms which start with "form.jotform.com". It may take longer than the usual to reflect the changes made.
Kindly use the URL www.jotform.com on your form URL's and embed codes for now.
Thank you for your patience and understanding.
