I have a website that prospects complete a form and my clients want the form submissions delivered via xml post to their system. I have the xml link, and details, just want to know if your system can do that?

Unfortunately, our system can only send data via HTTP POST. I am not sure though if there's a known solution to converting the POST variables into xml data.
What I know is that we have an option to create RSS reports from form submissions and RSS reports uses XML.
However, the actual submitted data are not parsed as separate XML elements. View the report's source to see what I mean.
To be honest, accomplishing your goal will be a more daunting task than I imagined.
