Could you please move the form from guest account to my account?

    I did not realize I created a form without being signed in. I published it and then it asked me to sign in, but the form didn't transfer over to my account. I can find the form ID in my browser history, but I cannot find it anywhere to edit.

    Hi,

    I have checked your email address (aott@innovation5.com)  and it was associated with the aott account.  

    I have also checked the form (70657162079158).

    The form was created in the same IP address with the account aott. I have moved 70657162079158 to your account. Please log in your account and check the form. You can edit it now.
