Do you offer annual subscriptions or accept POs?

    Hello-

     

    My school is interested in using JotForm, but we cannot easily pay by the month due to the way our budgeting works- we could pay by the year by school district  PO or credit card but would have difficulty with a recurring monthly expense.

    Hi,

    If you are a non-profit organization like a school, you can apply for our non-profit pricing. You can check this link for more details: https://www.jotform.com/nonprofit/. 

    After you register an account, you should see in the pricing page once you try to upgrade that you will see a monthly, yearly or bi-yearly subscription plans. There are also different payment methods you can choose from. Here's what you will see when you try to upgrade:
